Our laboratory located at PT Aerópolis in Seville, has successfully completed the Nadcap audit of chemical processes. Results that guarantee Canagrosa as a member of the Nadcap Merit system, where the frequency and number of follow-up audits is reduced.
In 2005, Canagrosa was the first organisation in Spain to achieve Nadcap accreditation for Chemical Processes as an independent laboratory. This time, the scope of the accreditation covers the application of surface treatments and organic coatings on components and panels that require a high specialisation and a quick response for small batches of work. In this way, we offer a specialized, fast and flexible service to customers who require surface treatment of small, highly reactive, elementary parts. It is also a complement to other companies that perform the same activity, focusing on traditional chemical processes and large production batches.
The Nadcap programme is the most demanding and exclusive accreditation scheme for the aerospace industry. In addition to those already indicated for Chemical Processes, Canagrosa maintains Nadcap accreditations as a Testing Laboratory for Metallic Materials (MTL) within the Iberia Maintenance facilities in La Muñoza (Madrid), mainly supporting the quality control of thermally applied coatings.
