On July 14th, 2023, we signed a collaboration agreement with On July 14th, 2023, we signed a collaboration agreement with Valentín de Madariaga Foundation to participate in the DISTRA project. An initiative that started in 2018 with the aim of promoting the social inclusion of people with special intellectual abilities through employment.
Following the agreement, and since the beginning of September 2023, one person has already joined our team in Seville. She is Ángela Barón, a young woman from Seville who defines herself as very hardworking and tidy and with whom CANAGROSA is committed to providing her with a productive and remunerated job, appropriate to her personal characteristics, to facilitate her inclusion in the labour market. She currently performs labelling tasks and collects data for subsequent analysis in our management systems.
The DISTRA project is aimed at young people from 17 years old with special intellectual skills, to value the knowledge, abilities and attitudes of these young people to improve their self-reliance, preparing them in a comprehensive manner for their insertion into the labor market.

We believe that work is an essential element for the personal, social and labor development of people; and we are committed to the work of independence and personal autonomy as inclusive elements that provide quality of life to people.
