At Canagrosa we reinforce our commitment to talent retention.

For the second consecutive year, we participated in the Senior Management Meeting organized by Andalucía Aerospace and DOPP Consultores.

Talent is the driving force of our organization, and strengthening it in an increasingly competitive environment is a challenge that requires solid strategies and clear alignment with corporate values. Aware of this reality, we participated in the Breakfast Colloquium "Analysis of the Impact of Corporate Values in the Dynamics of Talent Retention", organized by Andalucía Aerospace and DOPP Consultores, which took place on March 14th at the Seville Chamber of Commerce in Torre Sevilla.
 
This meeting allowed us to share strategies and experiences on how corporate values can strengthen the attraction and retention of talent. Among the participants, we highlight the intervention of Francisco Ronquillo Japón, from Hitachi Energy, who provided practical cases and tangible benefits obtained after implementing these strategies in his company.
 
Fernando Alarcón de la Lastra, CEO of Canagrosa, stressed that "companies must build their value proposition from the inside out, creating an environment where people feel they are an integral part of the project".
 
Also participating in this year's edition were Fernando Esquivel, General Manager of Torsesa; José Manuel Montaño, CEO of Grupo Sevilla Control; Antonio Zafra, Human Resources Director of Aertec; Gonzalo Gómez, Operations Director of Cen Solutions; and Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, General Manager of Titania, consolidating a space for reflection and action on best practices for attracting and retaining talent.
