Sergio Domínguez, Technical Director of Canagrosa, shares his technical expertise at the international event organized by PRI Training
The Nadcap Meeting, held in Madrid last June, brought together aerospace industry experts for a comprehensive technical training program. Our Technical Director, Sergio Domínguez Núñez, was part of the training team delivering the program organized by PRI Training (Performance Review Institute), aimed at promoting continuous improvement and technical excellence in so-called special processes.
During the event, Sergio delivered two key training sessions:
- Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA), a structured tool to identify the root cause of problems, implement effective corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. The session also covered how to respond to non-conformances after a Nadcap audit and the most common findings.
- Requirements for Chemical Process Audits, focused on preparation and control of audits under Nadcap standards.
“Participating as a trainer in such a technical and specialized environment, alongside professionals from different countries and companies, has been an incredibly enriching experience, both professionally and personally”, explained Sergio, emphasizing that “it’s a challenge, but also a great opportunity to keep learning, share knowledge, and contribute our small part to the continuous improvement of the aerospace sector”.
The sessions not only addressed technical aspects but also created a valuable space for exchange with professionals in quality management, special processes, and laboratory staff. All participants contributed a high level of expertise and showed a very engaged attitude.
